Discussion will include, but is not limited to:

• Connections under the balconies, where structural framing supports come through the AVB
• Balcony deck to wall connections
• Connections to balcony doors, proper flashing and heights
• Canopies installed post AVB with connections through the facade
• Pre-Fabricated balconies and those connections vs traditional stick built
