Your Voice Matters
The AGM is your opportunity to directly influence the direction of ABAA. To conduct official business, a quorum of at least 10% of the membership must be met. As a corporate-based membership organization, each member company has a voice—and a vote. We strongly encourage every company to be represented to ensure decisions reflect the full membership.
Order of Business
The following items will be presented for review and/or vote:
- Audited Financial Statements for the 2025 Fiscal Year
- Election of Directors
- Proposed Bylaw Revisions
Your participation ensures your company has a direct say in these important decisions.
How to Attend
To attend the AGM, you must register in advance. You will have received an registration link sent to your email. If you have not received this email, please contact us.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to join the virtual meeting. Please add this to your calendar to block the time off.
Membership & Voting
While multiple individuals from your company are welcome to attend, only one vote per member company will be counted. Each voting member company in good standing is entitled to one vote. Non-voting members do not have voting rights.
Unable to Attend? Consider Your Representation
If your company is unable to attend, you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. Appointing a proxy means authorizing another ABAA voting member in good standing to attend the meeting and cast your company’s vote as specified in your proxy. Please note that your proxy holder must be another voting member of the Association.
However, we encourage you to attend whenever possible to ensure your company’s perspective is represented directly. If you need the proxy form, please contact us.
