Robert Lepage has been involved with spray foam for over 50 yrs. Just out of High School in New Hampshire, Bob decided to turn a trade into a career and began a long journey of travel across the USA, working as an applicator/project manager in mostly industrial & commercial settings. In Houston, TX during the 80’s Bob was co-owner of a large SPF commercial roofing business before finding himself relocating to Albuquerqe, NM. In 1994, Bob started up a small spray foam business doing mostly residential and light commercial roofing and exterior wall projects. A few of Bob’s accomplishments are:
- Participated in Univ. of Arizona roof study while with CIA, Inc Houston on commercial roofs sized 30K sq ft and up (Univ. of Arizona – Dean Kasawagi Study) published about 1989
- Consulting work for Textron & US Navy research projects 1990 – 1991
- Developed “SythFoam System” exterior SPF wall system in 1999 and received 1st place award for Best Specialty Application at SPFA EXPO 2015 and 2019
- Developed Ex-El “Shell System” wall & ceiling assembly for new construction; beginning roll-out this year
